Placement of a Simpool can be completely permit-free if the following conditions are respected: No placement on sensitive area, a maximum of 80 square meters of addition, including upcoming glass pool realization.
Placement less than 30 meters from dwelling.
Respecting 1 meter plot boundary distance.
If this condition is not met, or there is doubt, we recommend contacting the municipality.
Some municipalities are already more flexible than others….
