Simpools swimming pool

The pool is made of a steel frame consisting of high-quality galvanized steel. The Simpool 4 is an Intex Prism Frame, Simpool 5 and Simpool 7 are both Intex Ultra-XTR frames. The liner that carries the water consists of 3 solid layers of gridded polyester/pvc. In this way, the pool stands out from other attachment pools. Moreover, this type of pool (Intex Ultra XTR frame) is fully powder coated both along the inside and outside for ultimate protection.

The pool, circulation pump and sand filter are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

This model measures 400 cm x 200 cm in circumference and 122 cm in height. Its volume is 8418 liters or 8.4 cubic meters.

This model measures 549 cm x 274 cm in circumference and 132 cm in height. Its volume is 17,203 liters or 17.2 cubic meters.

This model measures 732 cm x 366 cm in circumference and 132 cm in height. Its volume is 31805 liters or 31.8 cubic meters.

A Simpool you have from €5799 incl VAT. Easily see how much a Simpool costs through the pool configurator on the website!

Wooden pools vary widely in price. They range from under 10,000 euros to over 30,000 euros. What should also be taken into account is the installation cost as these are not easy to install yourself because of the gluing of the liner.

You can get a small inflatable pool for as little as 100 euros; a large frame pool can cost toward 1000 euros. These frame pools are qualitative, durable and then also the products Simpools works with.

Simtub

Always dreamed of a beautiful AND affordable hot tub? We like to bring you up to speed on our simtub: a hot tub with an attached terrace. The principle is similar to that of our swimming pools: to affordably offer an experience that is both functional and looks fantastic! Our simtub 1 gives access to 4-6 people.

Always dreamed of a beautiful AND affordable hot tub? We like to bring you up to speed on our simtub: a hot tub with an attached terrace. The principle is similar to swimming pools: provide an experience in an affordable way that is both functional and looks fantastic! Our simtub 2 gives access to 6-8 people.

Terrace and construction

The surrounding terrace is 1m45 in height. The terrace is made of impregnated pine with a non-slip profile. This is ideal in combination with water (not slippery) and does not give splinters. Indeed, a 2-year treatment of the wood maximizes its durability. In the standard price we work with impregnated pine in an anti-slip profile (ideal in combo with water + durable and budget-friendly). Of course there are other possible woods, ourselves we find that they increase the price a lot and are not always ideal in combo with water (slippery…). However, our cooperation with Exzo does make it possible to finish in different types of wood. This can be done both for self-built packages and for installation by our team. Our wrap-around patio provides protection from weather and wind, adding to the durability of the pool. Supposing that something would eventually happen to the bathtub, the construction around it is designed in a way that allows the bathtub to be easily replaced.

Our construction falls below the legal height for which shielding is required. Of course, we do recommend always enjoying the pool and terrace together with the children as you should with any pool to avoid accidents. We also give the client the option of installing a locking gate at the stairs so they choose when and who can enter the patio.

Due to the new modular Simpool, with each model and regardless of the modules chosen, the customer can always decide where the staircase is located.

Each Simpool pool is equipped with a technical room. This is provided for installation of filter, heat pump and other items. The technical room consists of a floor panel on which items can be placed and a drainage plate so that the stored equipment never stands in the rain. However, this space is not completely waterproof. So do not leave things here that cannot withstand moisture.
The Simtub is equipped with a smaller technical room that houses the heat pump. There is little extra space here for additional business. This space is also not equipped with floorboard and drainage.

Electricity

All pool equipment can be connected to a monophasic contact. This can be done simply through a power strip that is preferably prohibited directly to the grid. However, it is recommended to have no more than 8 outlets on the same circuit. For this, it is best to check with an electrician about your situation.

Request for quotation, viewing and payment

You can easily request a no-obligation quote first via our website. It will then be delivered to you via mail. If you sign this quotation, the order for your Simpool is fixed. As soon as the 50% deposit on the total invoice is transferred, our preparations for your dream pool begin. Then a time for delivery/placement will be scheduled in consultation with you.

You can easily use the request tab on the website to request a free quote. Here you can get a free quote sent to your mailbox through an easy to fill out form.

Simpools is committed to offering a modern swimming experience as accessible and affordable as possible. Here, competitive pricing is a priority. As a result, there is no way to deduct another discount from this price.

You can definitely go visit a simpool. This can always be interesting to get an idea of the dimensions and desired finish. If you are interested in this please email sales@simpools.be. Then we will find a Simpool near you where a viewing is possible and schedule a time that is convenient for you.

This is certainly possible. If you have any doubts about the suitability of your garden for a Simpool, someone from the Simpools team can visit you to measure the area. This includes consideration of subsurface elevation. The surface determines whether the pool can be placed on the lawn or it is best to provide a stabilizer.

Possibilities of a Simpool

A Simpool is possible in most gardens.

If you garden is flat enough we can simply place the pool on the lawn. In that case, we dig in concrete tiles under the legs of the pool and under the patio for stability and leveling both items.

If there would still be a height difference in the subsoil, this is not a problem either. In that we have a garden contractor lay stabilization under the pool and structure beforehand.

If you are unsure which of these two options your garden is best suited for, photos of your time can always help. If you still prefer to have someone on site, a site visit can be requested. Then someone from the Simpools team will come and measure your substrate as well as answer all your other questions. If you are interested in this you may send an email to sales@simpools.be.

In principle, a Simpool/Simtub indoors is perfectly possible if there is sufficient space for it. There are which some things that should definitely be considered:
– Are the walls and ceilings moisture-resistant?
– Is the surface, floor suitable for carrying this large weight?
– Water vapors could cause trouble.
– It is important that the room has adequate air circulation

If you would be interested in installing a Simpool indoors you can always contact us. This will best include photos of the space. This way, we can see together whether or not any of these issues are a problem and look for possible solutions.

If you already have a pool compatible with our package or wish to purchase it from another distributor, it is perfectly possible to purchase only our terrace. This can be either as a self-built kit or installed by our experienced installation team.

Simpools today works with different packages that we offer so that our customers can build their own simpool! We do not currently have a package where we are going to provide only the manual. However, this is a fact we are thinking about! Given that today we’re working with a package where everything is machine sawed to the millimeter in advance, which is practically impossible manually and therefore results in a big puzzle, we’re not at the stage now where we can provide just the plans where you could get started with construction lumber and the saw itself.
What we can offer is our skeleton frame which thus includes the wooden frame, pre-cut/pre-fabricated and numbered with a plan, including concrete tiles, screws and drainage. This with no pool and no deck boards allowing you to do the finishing touches yourself. We can then supply the dimensions for the decking boards and cladding without offering the effective wood for this purpose.

Installing a Simpool can be completely permit-free if the following conditions are respected:
No placement on sensitive area, a maximum of 80 square meters of construction, including upcoming simpools realization. Placement less than 30 meters from residence. Respect 1 meter plot boundary distance. If this condition is not met, or there is doubt, we recommend contacting the municipality sometime. Some municipalities are already more lenient than others….

Do it yourself

The kit can be assembled by any do-it-yourselfer with the skill to work with a screwdriver and a good dose of enthusiasm. We offer the skeleton in a puzzle where no more sawing is required, only screwing together is necessary. To clad the skeleton, we can supply wood that can be sawn ourselves or the customer can get creative with material.

We offer the construction kit as follows: concrete tiles, smart construction kit with wooden frame and finishing materials pre-cut to size, screws, a numbered construction plan and a clear instruction video. You will also receive an instruction manual with this and we refer you to our YouTube channel for a wide range of instructional videos on the various things that a swimming pool entails.

Your DIY kit will be delivered to your home by our logistics partner. The package consists of several components that are placed on pallets at your home. The largest component is the decking boards which have a length of 5 meters. Once you have placed an order with Simpools, a delivery time is chosen in consultation with you. If you have also purchased a pool and accessories through Simpools, a delivery time will be communicated for this as well.

Placement

We will work with you to find a time when your Simpool can be placed. Depending on the number of placements at the time, this will be between 3 and 4 after the decision to purchase is made. If prior soil preparation is required we will schedule it during the two prior weeks on the placement.

Your Simpools construction kit will be delivered to your home by our logistics partner. The package consists of several components that are placed on pallets at your home. The largest component is the decking boards which have a length of 5 meters. A time for placement will be scheduled in consultation with you. Our team will then make sure to schedule the delivery of all necessary materials in one of the previous days. This delivery time will then be communicated to you. If you have also purchased a pool and accessories through Simpools, a delivery time will be communicated for this as well.

  • Practical

The exact delivery time of the material is communicated directly by our logistics partner. Our team will be present at the communicated time of placement. We are equipped with a van with a trailer. Please provide space for this purpose. Our placement takes two days, so it is completed on the second communicated placement day. For installation, our team needs electricity and water connection with garden hose. If you, the customer, would not be present at the time of placement, we ask that you prepare these items in advance. You will be notified of on-site contact person who will lead the installation. This will be available during the entire course of the placement at communicated phone number.

  • Placement

Each placement consists of several phases:

Day 1: building pool + installation constrution

We determine the final position with you one last time.

We do a site check. After this, all necessary equipment is unloaded and prepared.

The first step is to build the pool. Once this step is completed, the team will start installing the structure. When completed, the structure can be positioned finely in relation to the pool. Then the pool can begin to fill. The water is allowed to run all night, the team will turn it off the second day when the pool is filled to desired height.

Day 2: finishing + installing accessories

The team divides into two. Two people are busy assembling the pre-cut patio. The third person on site focuses on finishing the sides. It consists of side panels that are properly attached to the structure.

The final step is to install accessories ordered with the pool. This includes ensuring proper connection of filter and possibly heat pump.

  • Final

Finally, we will explain the operation of the pool, other accessories and required maintenance. You will receive as well as an instruction manual for your Simpools pool. Of course, we also leave the grounds clean!

Our standard Simpools models are completely above ground. Because we do not dig in, we can keep the price low, guarantee a quick installation, no building permit is required and the pool remains fully accessible given the removable side walls of the terrace. Moreover, this does not make permanent changes to your land. We solve the overhead aspect by a nice design with a staircase, bar or lounge.

In cooperation with a partner, we now also have the possibility of installing a partially buried pool. However, this is not available in do-it-yourself package.

Accessories

The filter requires electricity supply during its operation. The filter is controlled by the circulation pump attached to it. When you want the filter to work you simply plug it in. The heat pump is connected via a monophasic contact to which it can be plugged in. The heat pump can be turned on and off manually. It is therefore sufficient to provide a distribution plug that reaches the pool technical room.

An **Inverter heat pump is used to heat the bath.** It features an inverter compressor, which intelligently modulates between 20% and 100% of power, taking into account conditions and temperature.

Thus, at the start of the swimming season, and thus with a large temperature difference, the heat pump will use 100% of its power. When the pool temperature simply needs to be maintained, the Comfortline Inverter will run at lower speeds and therefore consume less, resulting in higher COPs. (COP = number of times more efficient compared to a normal heating pump)

This pump features autonomous operation. The heat pump operates when water flows through. As water and electricity flow through, the screw will begin to turn and convert ambient temperature into heat. Therefore, since the heat pump is an extension of the circulator, these devices will operate at the same time. You select the desired temperature at the level of the LED screen on the heat pump.

Harnessing 100% of the heat pump’s power. When the pool temperature simply needs to be maintained, the Comfortline Inverter will run at lower speeds and therefore consume less, resulting in higher COPs. (COP = number of times more efficient compared to a normal heating pump)

The Comfortline Inverter has an average COP of 9 at water temperature of 26°C, air temperature of 26°C and humidity of 80%, which means that 1kW of electricity returns up to 9 kW of heat.

This pump features autonomous operation. This The heat pump operates when water flows through. As water and electricity flow through, the screw will begin to turn and convert ambient temperature into heat. Since the heat pump is an extension of the circulation pump and sand filter, these devices will therefore operate at the same time. Specifically, this means that the time you set for the sand filter is also immediately the time period in which your pool will heat through the heat pump, at least if you run the water through the heat pump via bypass. On the other hand, you can also choose to send the water directly from sand filter to pool and, via a switch position in the bypass, not pass the heat pump.

You select the desired temperature at the level of the LED screen on the heat pump.

To prolong the durability of the heat pump, you would do well to clean it annually. Ideally, this should be done when you winterize the pool. Furthermore, it also happens that, in addition to air, the heat pump sucks in dust particles. (see image below). This can interfere with the function of the heat pump.

When you notice this, you can easily dust the suction grid using a vacuum cleaner.

Given the technical equipment is under the terrace, this creates limited noise. Furthermore, the pump has the option of a “silent” mode that can be safely switched on at night if needed. We did not yet hear any complaints from our customers regarding noise pollution from the equipment.

The bypass controls the water supply and is located between the filter and the heat pump. The bypass allows both the route of the water flow (past the heat pump or not) and the flow rate of the water to be controlled.

Very simply, it can be said that the water can flow through when the red tap is in the same direction with the gray pipe running below it. If the red valve is perpendicular to the underlying gray pipe, then no water passage is possible.

– Water through heat pump: close valve 1, open valves 2 and 3.
– Water not passing through heat pump: open valve 1, close valves 2 and 3.
– Relieve heat pump (less flow): open valve 1 slightly, open 2 and 3.
– Adjust pressure to desired pressure: adjust flow tap 2 to desired pressure.

The surface skimmer works in conjunction with the filter pump to automatically “skim” and collect leaves and other debris before they have a chance to sink to the bottom of the pool. In addition, it results in a larger amount of water passing through the filter and thus being purified. It also provides space for chlorine tablets.
The skimmer is mounted so that it moves with the filling of the pool, thus in line with the water surface. This makes the skimmer active regardless of the water level.
The strainer basket can be easily taken out to rinse out the collected dirt. The strainer basket is made of a corrosion- and chemical-resistant plastic that makes the skimmer incredibly easy to clean and maintain.

The swimming stretcher is a trend that emerged among elite athletes during the corona crisis. After attaching the swim stretcher to the mounted hooks and wearing a simple strap around the torso, you will enjoy endless swimming fun. This provides the opportunity to still exercise in a compact pool.

Simpools offers a four-season pool cover that protects the pool from leaf fall and other debris. In addition, it also provides a safe cover for the pool in a modern way. The pool cover can carry as many as three people and in this way also serves as a safety mechanism against falling into the pool. Needless to say, it also helps maintain the heat of the pool water.

The pool cover features an easy rolling system da can be used for both rolling up and unrolling the tarp. When closing the pool, tension straps are used to pull the cover tight. Our user manual explains step by step how to open and close the cover. There are also instructional videos for this on our YouTube channel that can visually support you with this.

The pool cover has some holes in it which is mandatory for choking prevention. It also ensures that large amounts of water do not remain on the cover. Dirt is kept out of the pool and water flows into the pool through the holes.
If you still want to keep the rain out of your pool, you can always place a beach ball or the like under the pool cover in the water so the rainwater drains down the side and does not find access to the pool through the holes.
With frequent rain, it is best to check the water level from time to time to release water through the sand filter if necessary.
In extremely hot temperatures, when using the pool, it is recommended to place the rolled-up pool cover in the shade. This is to avoid possible overheating and therefore stretching of the pool cover.

Nice that you got creative with building a pool yourself. We are always curious about such projects! An adequate covering system is certainly something Simpools can offer!

The pool cover has the following features:

– Manageable by 1 person using smart pulley
– Can carry up to 3 adult people and thus also very safe
– Dirt-repellent and insulating effect
– Resistant to any season

The prerequisite for installation is a surface around the pool where the front and back of the tarp can be attached in and to.

Our standard model with dimensions 5.65 x 2.90m we offer at 599 euros ex VAT. If you provide us with the dimensions of the structure around your pool, accompanied by a photo, we will be happy to provide you with an appropriate quote.

The pool robot provides autonomous cleaning of the pool floor. In particular, these are the substances that, despite the suction of the skimmer, could still form their way to the bottom.

The robot can actively clean for an average of 1.5h after 5h of charging and turns 180° when hitting the pool edge. The robot may be placed in the water after switching on, whereupon it will sink to the bottom by itself.

After use, it is important to take it out of the water with the side where there is a yellow feature first (this way, you avoid any dirt running back into the water while draining robot). To facilitate a subsequent cleaning, it is best to rinse the robot immediately after use. It is also important to dry off the electrical connection before you want to recharge the robot.

When you open the robot, you can see a pin along the front or back that sits in 1 of the 2 holes. If you want to change the way the robot works: more or fewer turns, you can insert this pin into the other hole.

Below it belongs a long stick with interchangeable head pieces: scoop net, brush,… . In addition, the set also includes a vacuum cleaner for manual cleaning of the pool floor. Despite the use of skimmer and pool robot, it is recommended to vacuum the pool at least once a month. How this works can be found under ‘maintenance’.

You can easily snap the included steps in and out of the patio. When covering the pool, it is recommended to remove the steps and store them in the storage area. Some of us customers also took an upgraded version of the pool stairs. This one works on the same principle. (last image)

The solar-powered LED lighting allows you to enjoy your Simpool pool until late hours in a budget-friendly and ecological way! Make sure they don’t fall into the water and store them in a dry place outside the swimming season. If they did get wet, they should be dried.

For better retention of heat in the pool water, we offer an insulation mat that is placed under the pool. In addition, the pool is completely surrounded by a wooden structure which also has a protective and light insulating function.

Maintenance

A swimming pool, of course, does not maintain itself. However, using the right products and knowledge, the pool can be maintained with minimal effort.

On the filter, you can easily set at what times it should work and how many hours per day. However, it needs an addition of the right chemicals at times to do its job optimally. Our user’s manual and tells you all the things needed to maintain your Simpool. In addition, our YouTube channel can visually support you in this.

As already mentioned, the filter, skimmer and robot already take care of cleaning the largest particles. However, for the finest particles it is recommended to manually vacuum the pool floor at least once a month as well as immediately in case of visible dust accumulation, which the robot does not get rid of, on the bottom. Manual vacuuming can be done by first unplugging the filter and then mounting the vacuum cleaner on the stick with its tube. Afterwards, screw the end of this tube onto the pool outflow (in place of the skimmer). Now when you turn the filter back on you will draw water through the vacuum and the dirty particles will be collected in the net. Be sure to completely fill the tube connected to the vacuum cleaner with water before turning the filter back on, otherwise you will suck in air, this can damage the filter!

An interesting video that demonstrates it nicely: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olcmpIzLS_k

Regular cleaning and possibly replacement of the cartridges necessary for proper operation of the cartridge filter.

With this filter, it is important to backwash the filter media. Depending on the use of the pool, this will be needed on a regular or less regular basis. We recommend doing this once per weather. If the pool is little exposed to dirt and the water quality is good, you can also wait for things to indicate that a backwash is needed. You can tell this by three things:

  • A less powerful outflow of water
  • An increase in the pressure on the barometer
  • A lot of visible dirt in the system

If 1 of these issues occurs, perform a backwash as soon as possible to restore the filter to its maximum performance.

1x yearly heat pump cleaning is recommended. This is easy to do with heat pump cleaner that may be applied in “spray” form. At the end of the swimming season, it is necessary to drain the water from the heat pump and store it in a dry frost-free place! If a lot of dust accumulates on the suction side of the heat pump, it is advisable to clean it with a vacuum cleaner. This maximizes the pump’s ability to draw in air.

A chlorine value between 1 and 1.5 ppm allows it to destroy algae, bacteria and viruses. Pool test strips can be used to easily measure the value in the water.

A normal pH is between 7.2 and 7.6. This has an impact on Chlorine action and is therefore important to keep properly. Pool test strips can be used to easily measure the value in the water.

A weekly check of these values is necessary and with prolonged higher temperatures, thunderstorms or very intensive use of the pool, we recommend a daily check. The sooner action is taken, the smaller the need for adjustment will be.

Alkanality is a measure of carbonate balance; it acts as a pH buffer. Alkalinity is normally between 100 & 150 ppm

Cyanoic acid is in chlorine tablets. It is added to it to prevent decay by the sun. To avoid the accumulation of cyanic acid in the pool, a weekly backwash is recommended.

This product may be useful for murky or green water. It tangles the small particles together and allows for easier cleaning or filtering away.

This product has a preventive effect. It aims to avoid green water.

Add 500 ml of winterizing product through the skimmer at the end of the swimming season. Do this before omitting pool water so that the circulation pump can properly circulate this product in the water. This process can be repeated in January to keep the water crystal clear toward summer.

In principle, the water should never be completely changed. Even with poor water quality, there is a solution for everything. Of course, we prefer to see our Simpools with crystal-clear water, which is why we also offer a user’s guide to keeping your water perfect with minimal effort.

Every 2 years it is recommended to treat (oil) the wood around your Simpools pool to maximize the durability of the material. For this we would recommend a product such as boiled linseed oil, given its water-resistant protection of the wood.

Situations

Step 1

Check the water in the pool with a tester. The pH value is especially important here. If necessary, add pH or pH+ to the pool to adjust pH levels.

Step 2

Add chlorine shock to swimming water. The normal chlorine value is between 1 and 1.5 ppm/liter. For algae in the pool, the chlorine level may be increased to 3 ppm/liter. CAUTION! Too much chlorine can lead to bound chlorine which can be counterproductive. Moreover, chlorine remains a dangerous product when used improperly.

Step 3

Should the water be violently green, you would be wise to add Anti-Alg as well. When doing so, follow the instructions for use.

Step 4

Run the pool pump 24 hours a day. Check the values of the pool daily and, if necessary, adjust them with appropriate chemicals.

Dead algae often remains in the pool. They are too small to be filtered through the filtration system. The algae sink to the bottom or remain suspended in the water. To remove algae from the pool, you can do the following:

Step 5

Add flocculant (clearifier) to the pool. Flocculant binds all suspended particles together so that they can be filtered by the filtration system.

Step 6

Let the filter work for 24h. So the water may run through the filter vessel. This gives the flocculant a chance to bind all suspended algae particles together.

Step 7

Clean the bottom of the pool with the manual pool vacuum cleaner that you can connect to the outflow of the pool in place of the skimmer.

Weather conditions

At high temperatures due to evaporation and/or a lot of activity in the water a considerable amount of water is lost. In this case, add water so that inflow and outflow remain submerged at all times.

In extreme temperatures, it is also important to measure chore and pH levels daily to avoid bad pool water.

Sunscreen and sun oil can create a coating on the water and an edge on the liner. Filtering the water makes the layer on the water disappear, with a sponge you can remove the edge on the liner, there are special ones available on the market. We recommend not swimming immediately after application.

For this, we have a written out step-by-step plan as well as an instructional video on our YouTube channel.

In freezing temperatures, pool equipment should be brought inside if not actively in use. After all, standing water can cause frost damage.

When the water freezes, never break the ice or enter the ice. After all, these sharp pieces could damage the liner. Draining the pool is also an option but then the dry and clean liner should be stored in a dry frost-free place with talcum powder in between. We opt to leave the pool filled but should note that the manufacturer’s warranty will be void if the pool is exposed to temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius.

When the water level in the pool rises during massive rainfall, you can drain it through the filter by disconnecting a tube.
The rain may also impact water quality:

  1. Disturbed water balance

First, rainfall dilutes the chemicals in the water. As a result, the balance in the water disappears. Therefore, we recommend checking water quality after a day of heavy showers.

  1. More bacteria

In addition, rain causes many bacteria and other debris to enter the water. That is an attack on active chlorine. After a heavy rain, active chlorine will drop. So you need to bring these back up to standard.

  1. PH

Before starting that, it’s best to check the pH level. Only when it is balanced can the other chemicals in the pool be brought up to standard.

Leaf fall is an important one to consider. Basically, you prefer a location where no direct leaf penetration is possible. If it does, then this does not constitute a reason to cancel a pool project but rather to be extra mindful in covering the pool when not in use. Fortunately, we have a good cover system for this.

Different pool seasons

To restart the pool after winter, there are two options. If you pool has been left standing, we have a “summer-ready roadmap” for customers. On the

Simpools YouTube channel

is also a clear video that goes over every step of this process. If the pool was completely demolished we recommend that you refer to the rebuilding manual provided by Intex.

When the swimming season is over, it is very important to winterize your pool so that it can be used to its full potential again next summer. There are two options for this, which are clearly described in our “winterization roadmap.” In addition, on the Simpools YouTube channel also has a video where all the steps are clearly visible.

Problems

For problems for which the manual and site do not provide a solution, you can always contact us by mail (

Info@simpools.be

) . It is easier for us if this email comes with provable photos that allow us to help you quickly and efficiently.

Should a replacement of the pool be necessary in the short or long term, the structure around it is made in a way that allows for a replacement. To do this, drain all the water outside. The steel frame of the pool will come inside allowing you to detach it and, through the removable panels of the patio, easily remove the pool from under the patio. Reinstalling the new bathtub, or bathtub with replacement parts, can be completed very easily. To purchase the right bath, you can also turn to Simpools.

The following things you can check to get back powerful flow and heating:

  1. At the level where the water leaves the pool, the upper rotary knobs must be turned fully to the left. By the way, feel if the tubes are filled with water by weight. If not filled, you can unscrew the intermediate piece between casing and pool and let the water pass through, then screw the intermediate piece back on.

After-service

Intex has a particularly good after-service. Here, the customer must do the registration himself: all consumers must register their case (question/complaint/warranty requests) through Intex Online support Center on website www.intexcorp.eun, click on “Support” here.

Attached please find the roadmap to follow. With this application, we do not recommend saying whether or not it was exposed to winter temperatures as this will void the warranty….

Also, someone from the Simpools team will provide you with the necessary proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

When a product is out of factory warranty, it is possible for consumers to order spare parts at www.intexcorp.eu, choose country/language, and then click on “Support,” and then on “Spare Parts.” If any difficulties arise with this registration, we can always be contacted and someone from our team will help you with it. Follow-up

Our site features a very extensive frequently asked questions tab (which you are now in). In addition, a user manual is also made available to each customer in which the main questions are already answered. If this would not help you, you can always email projects@simpools.be.

To get an idea of the price for your Simpool, you can open a catalog in the request tab on the website where all the specific info as well as the prices of the different products can be found. However, these are guide prices and do not include extras. If you want a concrete price for a pool/bubble bath with accessories, you can request a free quote in this same tab, which will then be sent to you by email.

We wish our customers an incredibly wonderful time with their Simpool and hope they enjoy it to the fullest.
